FLAVORED WATER BLUEBERRY, MINT AND LEMON
THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS: water retention and capillary fragility of the lower limbs associated with maldigestion and bloating
INGREDIENTS: 1 liter of water (better if filtered or mineral), 2 coffee cups crushed blueberries, 10 mint daughters chopped by hand, 1/2 lemon slices with peel
How to prepare: macerate in the fridge for 12 ore. Strain and drink without sweetening.
Property: cranberry protects the wall of the capillaries and lymphatics and contrast extravasation and accumulation of fluid in the tissues.
